Really beautiful and meaningful song that I fell in love with since I first heard it. Love it even more now after watching Me Before You so I hope you guys will like it and please share it if you find it nice! :)
Besides being my first english cover, it is also the first cover that I've incorporated harmonizations, so yeah all the backup vocals/harmonies you heard are done by me :D It's a huge challenge for me but I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out :)
